Outlook Express (Windows 9x/2000/XP)

Open Outlook Express

If outlook asks to connect to the Internet click on "Work offline".

Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts"

Click on the "Add" button then click mail

In the "Display name" text field enter your name or business then press next.

In the email address field enter your new email address and then press next.

In the "My Incoming mail server is a" dropdown list select "POP3" or "IMAP".

In the "Incoming mail server" text box enter mail.yourdomain.com where domain.com is the last part of your email address eg username@holdensrule.com would be mail.holdensrule.com.

Repeat this for the "Outgoing server" text box, then click next

Optional: If you require a secure connection use secure.email2nv.com as your incoming and outgoing mail server names.

In the "Account name" field enter your full address e.g username@mydomain.com, then your password.

Leave "Log on using secure password authentication" blank and then click next.

Click Finish.

Select your new account and click "properties".

Click the "servers" tab then put a tick in "My Server requires Authentication", then click ok.

Your account is now ready to use.
