Open Microsoft Outlook
If Outlook asks to connect to the Internet click "Work offline".
Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Email Accounts".
Select "Add a new e-mail account" and then click next.
Select either "POP3" or "IMAP" as the account type and then click next.
Fill in the Internet email settings from.
User Information
Your Name: Usually your full name or business name is entered here.
Email Address: Enter your new email to envy address here.
Login Information
Username: This is your email2nv email address.
password: your mailbox password.
The "Remember Password" box is optional.
Leave the "logon using secure password authentication (SPA)" box un-ticked.
Server Information
Incoming mail server: Enter "mail." followed by your chosen domain. e.g. mail.gothchick.org
Outgoing mail server: Enter the same information as above.
Click the "more settings" button.
Click on the "Outgoing server" tab.
Put a tick in the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Click "OK".
Click Finish.
